DELIVERY

1. COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY

Delivery is complimentary and tracked on every order, worldwide. KAECE covers duties and import taxes, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

 

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

 

3. DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom: Royal Mail, tracked, 3-5 days from dispatch.
European Union, United States and Canada: tracked, 7-10 working days from dispatch.
Rest of the world: tracked; times vary by destination, and your tracking confirms the expected date.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

 

4. ALLOCATION ORDERS

Garments ordered by allocation are dispatched when the next allocation is complete. You will receive confirmation and tracking before dispatch.

 

5. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

KAECE covers duties and import taxes on every order delivered outside the United Kingdom. You pay the price at checkout and nothing more.

 

6. DELIVERY DETAILS

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If anything needs changing after you order, email team@kaece.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

 

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of its expected delivery date, or arrives damaged, email team@kaece.co. We will take it up with the courier straight away and keep you informed until it is resolved.

 

8. ORDER SECURITY

We may ask for additional verification, or decline an order, where a payment appears unauthorised.
