SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER TYPES

KAECE LTD offers two order types:

– Pre-Orders (launch phase)
– Standard Orders (when stock becomes available)

During launch, all products are sold exclusively on a pre-order basis.

 

2. PRE-ORDER DELIVERY WINDOW (LAUNCH PHASE)

All pre-order items placed during the launch period have an estimated delivery window of 8–12 weeks from the date your order is placed.

This timeframe reflects:

– Production lead times

– Quality control processes

– International manufacturing and logistics

– Seasonal scheduling and capacity

Delivery estimates may vary depending on demand, production schedules, or unforeseen delays. We will notify customers if any significant changes occur.

 

3. PROCESSING TIMES

Once items arrive into our fulfilment facility, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

 

4. SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected courier service.

Couriers may include:

Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, or other trusted partners.

 

5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock availability and fulfilment logistics. Customers will receive separate tracking details when applicable.

 

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

KAECE LTD is not responsible for:

– Delays caused by couriers

– Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

– Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Customers are advised to ensure address details are accurate at checkout.

 

8. MISSED DELIVERIES OR RETURN TO SENDER

If an order is returned to us due to:

– Non-collection

– Failed delivery attempts

– Incorrect address details

Customers may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

– Unworn

– Unwashed

– Undamaged

– In original packaging with tags attached

Returns cannot be accepted if items show signs of wear, odour, sweat, marks, stains, or damage.

 

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

– Sale or discounted items

– Gift cards

– Pre-order items once shipped (unless faulty)

 

3. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be issued.

 

4. FAULTY ITEMS

If an item arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and proof of purchase. Faulty items will be assessed and replaced or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

 

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

 

6. REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Allow 7–10 business days for processing.
